Pat Loveless - Secretarial Lead

Pat has been with the practice nearly 8 years now and heads up the team of secretaries.  Pat has been a secretary all her professional life, starting as a medical secretary at the Women's Hospital in her native Liverpool.   Pat has seen huge changes in how we manage data and workflow since she started with us, but is a bit of a technical whizz, always keen to embrace new technology and the challenges it can bring.  In 2011 Pat reduced her hours to four days a week and now has the Friday covered by Diane Pestell (more about Diane later!)

Tricia Gwynne

Tricia came to us in 2011 having previously worked for the Community NHS team and has a wealth of experience in the NHS.  Already very much a well liked member of the secretarial team, working full time.

Tricia looks after the female GP partners.

Ros Painting

Working in a GP surgery was a change for Ros, having come from a financial background, but she must have liked it as she has been with us 5 years now!

Ros looks after the nursing team and also the GP registrars and works full time.

Rosemary Wolstenholme

Rosemary has a wealth of GP and secretarial experience and provides support to the team on a part time, term time basis.  Rosemary also looks after the administration that supports Drs Bindel and Singh for the medical student training programme which we participate in between September and March each year.

Diane Pestell

You can't keep a good woman down!  Having retired in 2009 after 28 years loyal service, Diane is back with us on a Friday to support the male GP partners.
