Sandra Edgell - Business Manager
Sandra joined us in 2009, on Mike Hammond's retirement. Prior to being with us Sandra managed a busy city centre practice for 9 years and also has experience in Marketing and Contracts Management.
Sandra takes a strategic and developmental role within the practice making us one of the most dynamic and forward thinking practices in the area.
Sandra is a member of the North Norfolk Clinical Commissioning group and as part of this group she is working to help ensure that any NHS changes made with the best interests of our patients in mind.

Natalie joined us in 2010, prior to this she was Customer Services Manager for Tescos in Stalham.
It's this enthusiasm for customer/patient care that Natalie has brought to the practice and Natalie is actively looking a ways in which we can improve our patient interaction.
Natalie is responsible for the day to day running of the surgery and should be your contact if you experience any concerns.
Natalie lives locally with her husband, two children and three dogs.

Annette Blackburn - Practice Administrator
Annette joined the surgery over 10 years ago coming to do a couple of hours filing whilst her children were a playgroup each week, her children are both at High School now and she works 30 hours a week!
Annette has worked for the health service all her working life and now assists Natalie in the day to day running of the surgery, providing administrative support to ensure things go smoothly. She is also the Carers Lead for the practice and helps run the New Broadland Carers Group.
Annette also lives locally with her husband and two children, but only has the one (very naughty) dog and a part-time cat!
